Robert (Bob) Behrens, owner/president, has over 40 years of experience in the landscape profession. Bob’s interest in the profession began while working part-time for his father’s landscaping business. Bob received his formal training in landscape design and horticulture from Rutgers University. Bob is the owner in charge of our Landscape Construction, Sprinkler and Maintenance Divisions.

Rita Behrens, owner/senior vice president, has spent over 30 years as the office administrator for LDI, ensuring that the needs of each customer are met and that the agreed upon contract services are delivered on time and within budget.

David Behrens, owner/vice president has been employed by LDI for over 15 years. Following in his father’s footsteps, David pursued a career in landscaping. His experience and formal training is in the design and construction of landscape structures, including walkways, driveways, patios, and retaining walls. David also designs and installs Low Voltage Landscape Lighting. David is the owner in charge of our Hardscape & Lighting Division.
